Summary
Healing trauma requires more than insight alone. While attachment theory helps us understand relational patterns, and somatic approaches help regulate the nervous system, many practitioners struggle to integrate these lenses into a coherent, lived process of change.
This introductory DARe Info Session, hosted by DARe Faculty Daniel Vose, offers a grounded, experiential overview of the DARe Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience™ Model—an integrative framework for working with trauma through secure connection, nervous system regulation, and relational repair.
Rather than focusing on technique or diagnosis, DARe emphasizes how safety is built, how connection is restored, and how new attachment experiences are embodied over time. Participants will be introduced to the development and core principles of the model and hear how attachment repair unfolds in the body and in relationships.
What You’ll Take Away
- A clear understanding of the core principles of the DARe Model and how it integrates attachment and somatic work
- Insight into how secure connection functions as a primary foundation for trauma healing
- A felt sense of how nervous system regulation and relational safety interact in real time
- Language to describe attachment repair as a process, not a set of interventions
- A clearer sense of whether the DARe approach aligns with your clinical, professional, or personal interests
This session is designed to orient you to the DARe approach—and how DARe training can help you reconceptualize developmental trauma, learn what to prioritize in the healing process, and support lasting change in your clients, without forcing insight or activation.
Who Should Join Us?
- You’re a therapist, counselor, or social worker who wants a clearer, more embodied understanding of attachment theory—especially when insight alone hasn’t translated into lasting relational change.
- You’re a clinician or coach working with complex or developmental trauma and are looking for a more integrated way to create safety, support regulation, and repair relational ruptures using somatic and experiential tools.
- You’re a newer mental health professional seeking confidence, practical guidance, and an experiential learning environment that bridges theory and real-time clinical application.
- You’re a body-oriented practitioner, yoga or movement teacher, or somatic healer who has training in nervous system work and is looking for a coherent attachment framework to deepen and contextualize that work.
- You support trauma-impacted individuals—in education, healthcare, first response, or social services—and want a more nuanced understanding of attachment dynamics to foster trust, stability, and connection.
- You’re committed to your own personal and professional growth, and are interested in strengthening secure attachment capacities in yourself while expanding how you support others.
- You’re beginning your path toward the DARe Certificate Program and want a comprehensive, grounded introduction to the DARe Model and its organizing principles.
