Susan Reis

Susan Reis is an integrative somatic practitioner based in New York City with roots as a meditation teacher and is currently completing an MSc in Applied Neuroscience. She integrates Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experiencing (DARe), Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, hypnosis, compassionate presence, and psychosynthesis-informed developmental work, with a focus on relational repair, emotional resolution, nervous system repatterning, and conscious developmental growth.

Her contemplative background supports skillful work with the implicit and unconscious layers of the psyche where early attachment patterns organize. Through a relational and attuned approach, Susan helps clients meet adaptive patterns with compassion and trust, allowing the nervous system and attachment system to organically reorganize toward greater safety, presence, intimacy, and agency,
