Susan Reis

Susan Reis is a somatic trauma practitioner, certified hypnotist, and integrative healing guide based in New York City. Her work weaves attachment repair, nervous system healing, and the eternal wisdom of contemplative self-healing to support clients in restoring safety, connection, and resilience from the inside out. With training in somatic modalities, DARe, Brainspotting, hypnosis, meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork for trauma release, Susan specializes in helping individuals unwind relational trauma from the root, reconnect with their authentic self at the heart, and form new patterns rooted in secure embodied resilience and compassionate presence.
