I began my work in the healing arts through movement… first as a professional dancer, later as a teacher of yoga and philosophy. For years I lived in disciplines that asked everything of the body and mind, but beneath the rigor was a longing to understand the deeper layers of experience. That search led me inward, toward practices that honor both the seen and unseen: the nervous system, memory, and the subtle intelligence that lives in us all.

Today I work as a Therapeutic Practitioner, drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and Dynamic Attachment Repatterning. My focus is on helping people recognize the ways survival responses have shaped their lives and to gently rediscover what becomes possible when the body remembers safety.

Clients often come to me carrying patterns of developmental and relational trauma: feeling frozen in conflict, unable to express needs, constantly scanning for danger, or replaying old attachment dynamics. These are not just habits of thought; they are deeply embodied imprints. In our work we slow down, listen closely, and support the body in completing old responses, expanding its capacity to stay present, and discovering new pathways of safety and resilience. From there, new choices emerge.

This process can be especially meaningful for anyone wanting to shift inherited patterns and create new ways of relating; whether as a parent raising children, a partner navigating long-term relationship dynamics, or an individual learning to meet themselves with more steadiness and care. Together we explore how old wounds surface in daily life and build capacity for staying present in the midst of strong emotion, conflict, or change.

My style is collaborative, warm, and anchored in deep respect for the protective strategies that carried you this far. I don’t approach them as obstacles, but as part of your story which is worthy of compassion even as we create new pathways forward.

My practice is guided by a simple truth: the body already holds the wisdom for repair. Our work is to listen, attend, and create the conditions for that wisdom to emerge.

I offer sessions exclusively online, and I begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This gives us time to meet, connect, ask questions, and feel into whether this work feels supportive and aligned... https://calendly.com/savitrimaadevina/free-consultaton
