With over five years of experience in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience (DARe), I support individuals in deepening their connection to safety, resilience, and healing. As an SEI Coordinator and DARe Assistant, I work closely with faculty to provide training while offering individual coaching sessions tailored to each student’s learning process.

Whether you seek SE sessions, DARe sessions, or a blend of both modalities, my approach is guided by your unique needs and goals. For those focused on Somatic Experiencing, as a coach, I provide a structured and supportive space to explore nervous system regulation and trauma resolution. If attachment-based work is your focus, I can coach you through DARe’s framework to deepen your understanding of early attachment patterns. For those open to integrating both approaches, I offer a dynamic and customized experience that bridges the two modalities to support your process.
