I once heard a spiritual teacher say that “even if we could read and comprehend every book in every library in the entire world, our knowledge would still be finite”. But then he said this freeing statement: “However, our ignorance is infinite”

I love the fact that even though I am a voracious student of books and studies, that there will alway be more to learn. I have extensively studied the effects of trauma on the body through the lens of Somatic Experiencing, Poly-vagal Theory and Attachment Theory. I have had the wondrous opportunity to train with and assist for Dr Peter Levine, and be invited to a small “Eye of the Needle” study group, working specifically with medical trauma and anesthesia state.
I am a master class assistant, session and consult provider for the Somatic Experiencing International, and have assisted many faculty, and assist all levels of DARe.

In addition to SE and Attachment studies, I have several decades of intensive studies of multiple osteopathic approaches, and fresh dissections at the local osteopathic college. I am a Somanaut with an SE headlamp!
