I believe growth and healing are always possible. I support clients in finding their way. I think learning to live a peaceful and connected life is vital to one’s well-being.

I understand that we may be blindsided by circumstances in our lives. Despite how difficult or impossible it may seem to achieve; I believe finding joy is possible.

My style of working with clients is open, compassionate, and direct. I believe in honoring each person’s dignity and worth. I recognize everyone may benefit from a unique approach based on their particular situation and style.  Let me know how I can help you.  I am only taking new telehealth patients.
