Patti Elledge

Patti Elledge is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who has specialized in therapeutic application of neuroscience for more than 40 years and taught all 4 module levels of Diane’s groundbreaking work, DARe, for 9 years. Patti has a broad clinical background in treating developmental and attachment based traumas, offering somatic strategies to access healthy bonding and co-regulatory processes. She weaves strategies from the fields of interpersonal neurobiology, sensory processing, developmental differences, neurodiversity, coherent narratives and embodiment tools to help treat and resolve over-coupled elements of survival energies (fight-flight-freeze responses) that become so seemingly intractable with the essence of loving/bonding and belonging. Patti has assisted more than 40 SE trainings and coordinated Diane’s workshops for many years before teaching herself. She is honored to have learned and been mentored by the very best trauma specialists of our times.

Patti offers mentoring services to therapists learning somatic attachment practices and is approved for Personal, Case Consultations and Session Reviews (videos) for the DARe Certificate and for all levels of the Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Certificate.
