Within the realm of Focusing, Rachel holds multiple certifications from The International Focusing Institute (TIFI). These include being a Certifying Focusing Co-ordinator (CC), a Certified Children Focusing Trainer, a Focusing Practitioner and a Certified Focusing Trainer. These designations reflect her dedication to honing expertise in facilitating Focusing techniques across diverse age groups and settings. With extensive counselling experiences, Rachel specializes in supporting individuals and families dealing with a broad spectrum of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, work-related stress, insomnia, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, abuse, family dynamics, relationships, and personal growth. Rachel’s expertise extends to providing comprehensive training in Focusing, interpersonal communication skills, and workshop facilitation in school, NGO and corporation settings. By helping individuals recognize the impact of emotions and accumulated stress on their well-being and performance in various aspects of life, Rachel equips them with practical strategies for effective management through personalized or group therapy sessions. Actively involved in organizing Somatic Experiencing® training and Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe) workshop as Organizer in Hong Kong. Rachel aims to introduce more integrative healing approaches in the region, aiming to empowering individuals, and training more helping professionals, and broaden the impact of transformative approaches within the community, fostering growth and well-being across diverse populations.
