Throughout my life, I have met many people who helped illuminate my path, and I am endlessly grateful to them. I pass this burning candle on in different ways. First of all, to my family. I am married and have 3 adult children. In Kindergarten, I work with children who need additional support and with kindergarten teachers as a therapist. I have led several workshops on personal growth, covering various topics for professional staff in kindergarten, for parents, and the staff in libraries and hospitals. EQ Development Therapy is the therapy for which I am qualified. It is a somatic approach to treatment. I also specialize in Post Betrayal Transformation coaching, and I am an approved DARe provider. I have been educated in Non-violent communication. As an author of three books, I support children with speech difficulties, kindergarten teachers, people who work with them, and parents in strengthening their children’s emotional literacy by maintaining their own emotional literacy. I have a private practice where I combine my knowledge and experiences in therapies and workshops.

Otherwise, I enjoy dancing, music, nature, and reading.

In my education and working with people, I appreciate that I had to go through my own process and experience of it. Through my own process and with my clients, I am surprised at how deeply and in surprising ways the events of our lives are written in our bodies and how our body, when finally heard, tries to show us where else it needs to be healed. The process is strongly supported by DARe approaches, which makes the transformation so much easier, more grounded, nourishing, and also faster. In my experience, spirituality encompasses all aspects of our collective effort and does the final work in healing.

 My motto in the process of therapy with clients is always to remain a humble witness of the process, always a student.
