- Having worked in Family and Counselling Services in Hong Kong and Canada (1989-2004), Johanna is now Senior Counselling and Training Consultant at the Human Empowerment and Achievement Training, Family Service, Caritas of Hong Kong, as well as a Private Practitioner in Psychotherapy (since 2007).
- She was Honorary Lecturer for the MSocSc Program (Social Work), University of Hong Kong (2011-2016) and Fieldwork Supervisor guiding BSW & MSW students for the University of Hong Kong (2009-2016) and the Chinese University (2017-2020). She also provides supervision to Social Work Agencies and training to the Business Sector in Hong Kong.
