I am a DARe Certificate Program graduate and a DARe Practitioner with an established private practice in Colorado helping my clients overcome trauma and attachment challenges among other issues. I work with DARe students as well as adults seeking therapy for somatic and attachment challenges. I strive to embody the DARe approach with my empathetic, and grounded presence. In my life outside of work, I am a partner and a mom to 3 young adults. I enjoy getting out in nature, taking care of my dogs and spending time with friends and family.
