I am licensed to practice therapy in California, Arizona, Kansas and Florida. I have been a clinician in residential treatment for more than 10 years. During that time, I treated adults of all ages with a myriad of issues. Since everyone’s needs are different, I have learned to adapt my approach to the individual and their particular goals. Self-motivation to find healing is paramount to beginning the healing process. I primarily work with professionals and those willing to pursue treatment on their own. Additionally, I am a clinical supervisor and also work with Somatic Experiencing students to assist them with obtaining their certification. Approved Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience (DARe), Somatic Experiencing personal sessions and consults for students are offered globally via Telehealth. My therapy practice is Telehealth for residents in Arizona only.

I am approved by SEI to provide personal sessions at all levels to assist with certification. I am additionally approved to provide consults at the Beginning and Intermediate levels.

The primary modalities I use are DARe and Somatic Experiencing. Attachment trauma and nervous system dysregulation is daunting. I find joy in supporting people healing attachment and trauma wounds. Trauma resolution looks different for everyone so extensive psychoeducation is provided.

My hourly rate is $200/hr for non-DARe students and $150/hr for DARe students working toward certification.
