In Somatic Attachment sessions, we discover together when you have or have not felt safe so that we can refresh your relationship with yourself (and your loved ones), and unpeel the layers to reveal a more free and present version of who you already are. The focus of my work is to illuminate how relationship dynamics shape our nervous system and impact our ability to make conscious decisions. Through talk and tracking of the attachment and nervous system I work with clients to notice the cues in their bodies, release excess activation from overwhelming situations, create more coherent narratives, and learn relational and embodiment skills to have more ease in their relationships and within themselves.
