WELCOME! I’m April and I work as a multi-disciplinary practitioner grounded in a somatic, relational and trauma-informed approach to healing.
The foundation of my practice includes the combination of Somatic Experiencing®, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experiences (DARe), Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF), and Yoga Therapy.
I offer sessions for adults online and outdoors near Lambertville, NJ & Erwinna, PA.
