Drawing from a rich blend of Indo-Tibetan Buddhism, ancient wisdom of the Peruvian Q’ero nature priest/esses, modern Western psycho-spiritual integration and interpersonal neurobiology, I favor an integrative path to spiritual awakening and living in embodied connection.
