Therapy is the best gift you can give yourself! When you can heal from trauma, find your blind spots, deal with daily stressors, and increase your ability to communicate, you will find yourself living a much happier and fulfilling life.
I meet my clients where they are and seek to provide a safe, comfortable space in which they can risk and grow.
My sessions are eclectic including DAR, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. The integration of spirituality and psychology is a special interest of mine.
I work with individual adults, including those on Medicare.
I also provide psychological testing, specializing in men and women entering ministry or religious life.
