I work with adolescents, adults and elderly from all walks of life who have been impacted by sudden changes in life. I use a holistic approach to connecting with clients and understanding each individual on a deeper level. I have been working as a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care field in the hospital setting since 2011.  The medical experience and knowledge has gifted me with an opportunity and curiosity in studying different ways of supporting people outside of the hospital setting. I use Somatic Experiencing together with DARe in relating with clients in their experience. I help client with medical illness (autoimmune diseases, IBS, cancer, post-COVID impact), grief & loss, and support caregivers who are experiencing stress and burnout.
