Attachment Styles Questionnaire

If you haven’t watched Diane’s video introduction, you can still begin here.

How to take the quiz

When you read through the statements, focus on how you feel now, or how you felt in the past, in one significant relationship. This does not need to be a romantic relationship. Choose someone with whom you feel, or have felt, the most connection.

  1. Think of one significant relationship, such as a partner, parent, or close friend.
  2. Answer based on how you generally feel now, or how you felt in the past.
  3. Use the 5‑point scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree.
