I practice as a holistic therapist working with adults, children and teenagers who have experienced trauma and difficult attachment experiences.

I am enthusiastic about the interpersonal neurobiology of relationships and communities of support.

I wholeheartedly believe that in the presence of mindful, warm hearted, responsive relationships we learn together, and we heal together, the learning and the healing supporting each other.  I bring a strong commitment to the therapeutic relationship. My training in wellness specialties and as a somatic-experiencing practitioner grounds my work in embodiment, mindfulness, attachment/relationship and the conviction that within each of us is an inherent wholeness and inner wisdom.

I apply a holistic approach as a pathway to increase your optimal wellbeing. This holistic approach, combined with your personal goals, creates an experience that is personal and unique to you. As your therapist I will design a session tailored to your needs. Let’s connect, Email: sarah@epioneintegrativehealing.com
