I am both a physical therapist and psychotherapist, and believe that the mind, body and spirit are intricately intertwined. I enjoy weaving my skills in craniosacral therapy, Somatic Experiencing and DARe™ (attachment) to help facilitate nervous system regulation and repair attachment wounds. I also have extensive training in trauma, including birth and prenatal trauma.
