There’s a familiar longing that I see in everyone that I’ve worked with. Many can’t quite articulate it at first but on some level, they know it. It’s a longing for connection – to self, others, and life. It’s a place where the armor comes down and you can finally just be. It’s putting down the masks of who you’ve built yourself and others up to be, letting go of who you think you are, and uncovering the freedom and love that is your birthright.

My lens of working with people is relational, somatic, and sometimes with the use of psychedelic medicine. Some areas that I focus on are: relationships, sexuality, spirituality, and trauma.
