Jessica Forrest

Certified Trauma Professional - Ph.D., DARe, IFS

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My name is Jessica (she/her), and I have been devoted to studying, researching, teaching, and practicing a broad range of modalities related to personal growth and healing for 17 years.

My passion began as an effort to help myself. I am no stranger to lonely, dark, and hopeless places. For decades I struggled with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, disordered eating, health challenges, and dysfunctional relationships. I was able to shift from surviving to thriving once I discovered practices that empowered me to connect with my innate wholeness and capacity to heal.

Now I have the honour of helping others. I invite you to visit my website to learn more about my approach. If you have any questions, I hope you will feel comfortable sending me an email so we can connect.

“Recovery can take place only within the context of relationships; it cannot occur in isolation.”

– Judith Herman, M.D.

You are not meant to walk this journey alone. The road to living a more harmonious, fulfilling, and connected life is not always straightforward or easy. Sometimes, getting started is the hardest part so I hope you can pause and take a moment to acknowledge this wonderful step you’re taking for yourself.

The fact that you are here exploring options for support is evidence of your resilience. Healing is brave work that will benefit not only you and your life, but the people around you, your community, and the world.

The process of working together begins with booking a free 15 minute Meet & Greet session. This is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore the possibility of working together.

Please visit my website to book a free Meet & Greet. I look forward to connecting with you.
