How do I heal relationship traumas? You know, the ones that were persistent and a part of my upbringing? As a bodyworker for over 25 years and as a somatic experiencing practitioner for the past 5 years, DARe™ work has been a profound and subtle answer. I love people, our bodies, and helping facilitate repair in our relationship with ourselves, our world and our bodies through nervous system regulation and attachment system regulation.
